I. Maintenance when installing the mold

After the mold is installed, open the mold and clean all parts of the mold, especially the guiding mechanism, and for the surface parts mold, clean the surface to ensure the quality of the parts. Lubricate each sliding part of the mold and apply grease. Check all parts of the mold, especially the safety parts. Second, the maintenance in production
Regularly grease the corresponding parts of the mold during production. Such as: the compression ring of the drawing die, rounded corners: the knife mouth part of the trimming die: the flanging knife block part, etc.
Regularly clean up the small hole waste channel of trimming punching die.
Post-production maintenance
After the production, the die should be checked thoroughly.
Clean the mold to ensure the cleanliness of the mold.
Clean up the scrap inside the die and make sure there is no scrap in the scrap box.
Feed back the status of the mold and the condition after use to the mold summons truthfully.

Secondary maintenance of mold
The secondary maintenance of the mold refers to the regular and systematic maintenance of the mold according to the technical status and complexity of the mold. This maintenance work is done by the mold repairer and is recorded according to the maintenance situation.
